The Residence was built in 1742. Loyder cellar, which was built in 1745, was also a part of property of the Augustinians – big lovers of wine. St. Roch Chapel (1890) with a cross standing beside is another historic landmark.

Šardice wine
Coat of arms of the village with a grape over its all half is a clear evidence of strong winery history of the village. This dates back as early as in the 13th century. The inhabitants of Šardice may then boast of experience with growing and producing wine, the experiences which they have been collecting for nine-centuries. These are also hidden in walls of numerous wine cellars and at wine tracks. At the present time there are eight such tracks registered in Šardice: Hejdy, Kameny, Dubový-Červenice, Požární čtvrtě, Padělky, Bařinové čtvrtě, Hrubý kopec, Špitálka..
